Description

La forme retenue pour l'exécution du contrat est à bons de commande sans minimum et avec maximum mono-attributaire : montant maximum annuel de 50 000,00 euros HT, d'une durée de 12 mois renouvelable 3 fois par période de 12 mois. Description des prestations: - La prestation de pose de compteurs (fourniture exclue) de diamètre nominal inférieur ou égal à 40 mm, compteurs coaxiaux ou horizontaux 110mm et de modules radio OMS associés; - La pose des pièces de robinetterie (robinet avant compteur, clapet anti-pollution, ...) liées au renouvellement des compteurs au cas par cas, - Le nettoyage éventuel de la bouche à clé de fermeture de branchement sur demande expresse de la Communauté d'Agglomération ou en cas de besoin de manoeuvrer le robinet de prise en charge; Le présent marché exclut : - La fourniture des compteurs et des modules radio; - La réalisation de travaux en domaine public ou privé de type :renouvellement de regard ou de branchements, fourniture et pose d'un robinet d'arrêt en ligne ou de prise en charge sous bouche à clé pour la fermeture de branchement.
