Le périmètre du mandat concerne les phases 31 (partielle) et 32 - 33 avec les options sur la phase 41 et les phases 51 à 53 de la SIA 103 pour le projet de rénovation de voie de la section BVP-PEN, du km ~6.41 au km ~8.60 sur la ligne 255. Le présent appel d'offres porte sur les prestations d’ingénieur civil pour l’étude et le suivi de réalisation de l’infrastructure des nouvelles voies et des ouvrages de génie civil.  Les prestations liées à la géotechnique, à l’environnement et à la technique ferroviaire (superstructure ferroviaire, IS, LC et BT) ne font pas partie du présent mandat, à l’exception des fondations, chambres et caniveaux à câbles.  Des prestations de coordination de l’ensemble des acteurs sont toutefois comprises dans le mandat. Le cahier technique (pièce B1) et le cahier des charges (pièce B2) présentent le projet et définissent les prestations attendues du mandataire.
