Description

Le présent accord-cadre (AC) porte sur le renforcement des poteaux béton armé du parking aux niveau R-3 et R-4 à la suite du diagnostic structurel. Les prestations relèvent de la catégorie 3 au sens du Code du Travail. Conformément à l’art. L.2113-11-2° du Code de la commande publique (CCP), le principe d’allotissement a été examiné pour cet AC. Après analyse, il a été décidé de ne pas procéder à l’allotissement. Les prestations concernent des travaux de renforcement des dalles au droit des poteaux en béton armé du parking des Halles, lesquels présentent un caractère technique homogène et relèvent d’une même nature d’intervention. Les travaux nécessitent une gestion cohérente pour garantir la qualité finale et la pérennité des ouvrages. La dévolution en lots séparés risque de rendre techniquement difficile l’exécution des prestations. Cet AC mono-attributaire à bons de commande est régi en application de l'art R. 2162-4 alinéa 2° du CCP, sans un montant minimum et avec un montant maximum annuel fixé à : 300 000 € HT. Durée de l'AC : 1 an à compter de sa date de notification au titulaire. Il pourra ensuite être renouvelé 3 fois, tacitement, par période de 1 an. Sa durée ne pourra donc excéder 4 ans. Dispositions relatives à l'insertion sociale obligatoires. Cet engagement représente au minimum : 525 heures de travail, soit 15 semaines à 35 heures.
