Le présent marché a pour objet les travaux de remplacement d'un sol sportif de gymnase situé dans la salle A du Bois Jauni, 290 rue des Jeux Olympiques, 44150 Ancenis-Saint-Géréon. L'opération s'inscrit dans le prolongement des travaux de rénovation thermique et de mise en accessibilité du complexe sportif du Bois Jauni, en cours d'exécution depuis décembre 2025. A l'occasion de ces travaux, la salle A a subi un important dégât des eaux, venant renforcer la nécessité d'une intervention sur cet espace. Par ailleurs, un diagnostic amiante a mis en évidence la présence d'amiante dans le sol sportif existant. Les prestations incluent les déposes et le désamiantage (lot 1) ainsi que la pose d'un nouveau sol et équipements sportifs (lot 2)
