Le présent marché a pour objet le remplacement de la centrale (ECS et CMSI) du Système de Sécurité Incendie et de l’amélioration du Système de Sécurité Incendie existant de l’EHPAD La Petite Bruyère, situé 53 rue Xavier Boutet, 72320 VIBRAYE. Les prestations comprennent notamment les études, la fourniture, la pose, le raccordement, la programmation, les essais, la mise en service, la formation des utilisateurs ainsi que la remise du Dossier des Ouvrages Exécutés (DOE), conformément aux prescriptions du Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP). Les travaux seront réalisés dans un établissement en fonctionnement et occupé par des résidents. Le titulaire devra donc prendre en compte l'ensemble des contraintes liées à la continuité de fonctionnement de l'établissement, à la sécurité des résidents, du personnel et des visiteurs ainsi qu'au maintien permanent de la sécurité incendie.
