Critères de sélection : Valeur financière : 60% Valeur technique : 30% Valeur environnementale et sociale : 10% Le contrat est conclu sous la forme d'un marché à procédure adaptée (MAPA) à quantité ferme. Conformément à l'article R2184-4 du Code de la Commande Publique, le marché est conclu à compter de la date de notification jusqu'à la fin du délai de garantie de parfait achèvement. Le délai de garantie de parfait achèvement court à compter de la réception des travaux, telle que définie dans le procès-verbal de réception, que ce soit avec ou sans réserve. Conformément à l'article 44 du C.C.A.G. Travaux, ce délai est de 1 an, conformément aux dispositions du Code de la construction et de l'habitation. Le délai d'exécution des travaux fixé à l'article 4 du CCAP et ne pouvant en aucun cas être changé par le soumissionnaire est fixé à 5 semaines à compter de la date d'accusé réception de la notification par le titulaire.
