Целта на тази поръчка е възложителят да избере изпълнител с професионална квалификация и практически опит в областта на реконструкции, преустройства, основни ремонти и смяна на предназначението на сгради и съоръжения за обществено обслужване, на когото община Монтана да възложи изпълнението на строително-ремонтните работи за обекта на настоящата поръчка.В изпълнение на възложената му обществена поръчка, предмет на настоящата покана, изпълнителят следва да осъществи строително монтажните работи подробно описани в Образец-Ценово предложение и Проекта на договор към настоящата документация.Всички видове строително-монтажни работи ще се извършат при спазване на всички съпътстващи технологичния процес изисквания и последователност от операции.
