Le détail des missions confiées au titulaire figure au cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. La présente consultation a pour objet la passation d'un marché public de maîtrise d'oeuvre portant sur la conception et le suivi de la réalisation d'un ouvrage global de protection du site de l'école maternelle de Mangajou. La mission confiée au titulaire comprend notamment : * la conception d'un mur de protection / soutènement ; * la conception des dispositifs de protection en pied, notamment par enrochements ; * la prise en compte des ouvrages et aménagements nécessaires à la stabilité et à la pérennité de l'ensemble (fondations, drainage, gestion des eaux pluviales, intégration environnementale). La conception de l'ouvrage est globale et définitive. Les travaux pourront toutefois être réalisés de manière phasée, sur décision du maître d'ouvrage, sans remise en cause du périmètre de la mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre
