Предметът на обществената поръчка обхваща изпълнение на строително-монтажни работи  съгласно одобрения технически инвестиционен проект и  издаденото Разрешение за строеж № 64/02.10.2025 г. и приложимите нормативни изисквания. В рамките на поръчката се предвижда реконструкция на съществуващи водопроводни клонове по улиците „Първа“, „Втора“, „Трета“, „Четвърта“, „Пета“, „Шеста“, „Седма“, „Осма“ и „Десета“ в с. Долно Озирово. Дейностите включват необходимите подготвителни и изкопни работи, доставка и полагане на водопроводни тръби, изграждане и присъединяване на съответните съоръжения и отклонения, извършване на изпитвания, промивки и дезинфекция на новоизградените участъци, както и възстановяване на засегнатите настилки и терени. Изпълнителят следва да осигури необходимата временна организация на движението и безопасността на строителната площадка, управление на строителните отпадъци, изпълнение на предвидените мерки за безопасност и здраве и опазване на съществуващата техническа инфраструктура. В обхвата се включват също съставянето на необходимите актове и протоколи по време на строителството, провеждането на предвидените изпитвания, изготвянето и предаването на екзекутивната и строителната документация и извършването на всички действия, необходими за приемане и въвеждане на строежа в експлоатация.
