Description

Predmetom tejto zákazky je obnova nádvoria pred národnou kultúrnou pamiatkou Čierny orol, včítane technickej a dopravnej infraštruktúry. Jedná sa o nádvorie historického objektu Čierneho Orla z prvej polovice 19. storočia, ktorý je centrom kultúrno-spoločenského života mesta Prešov. Park kultúry a oddychu (PKO) Čierny orol sa nachádza na Hlavnej ulici v historickom jadre mesta Prešov. Tento objekt je zapísaný v ústrednom zozname pamiatkového fondu, registri nehnuteľností národných kultúrnych pamiatok. Projekt stanovuje základné princípy architektonicko-stavebného a technického riešenia hlavných stavebných objektov, rovnako dopravnej a technickej infraštruktúry v súlade so zásadami pamiatkovej ochrany a s environmentálnymi limitmi daného územia. Stavba bude pozostávať z týchto stavebných objektov: SO 01 - Búracie práce a príprava územia- na parc.č.490, 491,492,493/1, SO 02 - Nádvorie a spevnené plochy- na parc.č.490, 491,492,493/1, SO 03 - Ústredná plocha- na parc.č. 492, 493/1 SO 04 - Drobná architektúra a mobiliár- parc.č. 492, 493/1 SO 05 - Sadové úpravy- na parc.č. 493/1 SO 06 - Verejné osvetlenie- na parc.č. 491,492, 493/1 SO 07 - Kamerový systém- na parc.č.492, 493/1 SO 08 - Kanalizácia- na parc.č. 491, 492, 493/1, 493/3, 9673/5, 9673/1, SO 09 - Vodovod pre zavlažovanie - na parc.č. 493/1 SO 10.1 - Preložky exist. vedení VSD a.s. - na parc.č.493/1, 493/3, 497, 9673/5 SO 10.2 - Ochrana exist. vedení vo vlast.
