Reconstruction of the football stadium in the town of Sereď - Stage 1

The contract covers reconstruction works on the football stadium in Sereď. It includes refurbishment of the existing western tribune with new internal layouts, sanitary and operational facilities, VIP and media spaces; completion of part of the first floor and adaptation of the second floor under the stands; a complete rebuild of the tribune roof covering, with dismantling, remediation and re-assembly of existing steel elements and new steel pylons, hangers and structural parts so that front support columns blocking the view are removed; thermal insulation, replacement of doors and windows, heating, electrical and low-current installations; and related site works: water and sewer connections, storm drainage, infiltration objects, low-voltage networks, lighting, car parks, paved areas, landscaping, fencing, a fire water tank and relocation of the mini football pitch with fencing.
