Description

Le contrat comporte des tranches optionnelles définies au cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. les travaux de réhabilitation des quais pêche et joutes - Canal du Lez. Ces travaux sont soumis à un arrêté préfectoral en cours de validation par les services instructeurs qui présente des prescriptions techniques et des mesures environnementales à respecter qui sont rappelées dans le programme technique. Le présent marché de conception réalisation comprend donc : - L'établissement des études préparatoires et des documents de fin de chantier ; - la réfection des quais rive droite, - La réfection des quais rive gauche avec démolition et reconstruction du ponton béton - Une tranche optionnelle de réfection du ponton joutes constitué d'une partie béton qui devra être déconstruite et refaite et une partie métallique à réhabiliter
