Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Ce projet fait suite à la mise à jour du Schéma Directeur d'Alimentation en Eau Potable (SDAEP) de la Communauté d'Agglomération du Pays Ajaccio (CAPA) en mai 2021. Ce rapport révèle un besoin de réhabilitation des infrastructures en eau potable sur la commune de Villanova. Les priorités des travaux sont : - La construction d'un nouveau réservoir d'une capacité adapté aux besoins de la commune (250m3) en remplacement de l'ouvrage de Poggio existant (50m3). - La démolition du réservoir existant de Poggio dont la capacité ne satisfait plus la demande en eau potable de la commune et qui se situe sur une parcelle privée. - La réhabilitation des deux réservoirs situés dans le secteur du village dont l'hydraulique et le génie civil sont obsolètes. - Le remplacement des pompes du réservoir de Scaglioli (alimentant l'actuel réservoir de Poggio) et bientôt le nouveau réservoir projeté
