Le présent marché, conclu à prix forfaitaires, comporte des tranches optionnelles définies au cahier des charges. Il a pour objet la réhabilitation de courts de tennis relevant du domaine communal de la Ville de Nangis. Le projet comprend une tranche ferme portant sur la transformation du court n°1 en terre artificielle, la création d'un court 1B, la reprise des clôtures, la réalisation de l'éclairage et la pose d'un portillon, ainsi qu'une tranche optionnelle relative à la réhabilitation du court n°2, à la révision des clôtures et à la création d'une allée piétonne. Les travaux sont réalisés pour le compte de la Ville de Nangis, en qualité de maître d'ouvrage, sur un équipement municipal mis à disposition d'un club de tennis associatif, occupant le site pendant la durée du chantier. Les prestations devront être exécutées en tenant compte des contraintes liées à cette occupation, notamment en matière de sécurité des usagers et de continuité de l'activité sportive
