e présent marché a pour objet les travaux de réhabilitation de la résidence touristique « Les Ancolies » située à Valberg (Commune de Péone). L'opération est organisée en deux phases. La présente consultation concerne les travaux de la phase 1 ainsi que les lots dont les prestations s'exécutent sur les phases 1 et 2. Les lots relevant exclusivement de la phase 2 feront l'objet d'une consultation ultérieure, compte tenu du phasage de l'opération, de l'avancement des études, de la coordination des interventions et des modalités de financement du projet. Le marché est alloti. Les lots n° 2 « Charpente - Couverture » et n° 3 « Ascenseur » sont décomposés en une tranche ferme et une tranche optionnelle.
