Stormwater channel and water pipeline Sonnleiten Ost

The municipality of Axams intends to build a storage stormwater channel in the Außerkristen district, at the site of the former wastewater treatment plant, to retain surface water from the 'Sonnleiten Ost' rainwater channel before it is discharged into the Axamer Bach stream. At the same time, a ring closure will be created in the water supply network. The works comprise about 65 linear metres of PP stormwater pipe DN150 to DN250, 15 m of reinforced concrete storage channel DN1600, about 120 linear metres of PE100RC water pipe DA90, about 135 linear metres of DN100 cable ducting, renewal of street lighting over about 143 linear metres and road reinstatement across the full road width over about 110 linear metres.
