I. FORME ET DURÉE DU MARCHE: 1. Forme du marché: le marché ordinaire conclu à prix forfaitaire provisoire. Le marché n'est pas alloti en de la nature homogène des prestations prévues au marché. Il n'est pas décomposé en tranche. Il comprend les éléments de mission de base de la loi MOP et une mission complémentaire (Etude d'infiltration et test de perméabilité des sols (sondages type MATSUO ou PORCHET). 2. Durée du marché : le marché est conclu pour la durée définie à l'Acte d'Engagement ( de la date de notification de l'ordre de service de démarrage de la prestation jusqu'à la garantie de parfait achèvement jusqu'à la fin de la garantie triennale). II . Contenu du dossier de consultation Le DCE est remis gratuitement aux candidats, téléchargeable sur le profil acheteur du SIAHVY sur la plate-forme Agysoft AWS (www.marches-publics.info). Il contient les pièces suivantes : Le RC, l'AE et son annexe financière, le CCAP et le CCTP et ses annexes
