Il presente appalto ha per oggetto la realizzazione dell’impianto di lavaggio per la Nuova officina e deposito Fart SA a Riazzino. Dopo la demolizione degli edifici esistenti verrà edificato un nuovo stabile, posizionato sull’asse nord-sud, caratterizzato da due testate che ospitano i contenuti più “domestici” mentre nella zona centrale si situano i grandi spazi dedicati all’officina e al deposito dei bus. Ad est è previsto inoltre un corpo tecnico adibito al lavaggio e al rifornimento dei bus.
