Le marché a pour objet de réaliser : - une étude (expertise) visant à éclairer les membres du groupement de commandes sur les solutions à mettre en œuvre pour lever un conflit potentiel d’usage de l’eau de la Garonne, en raison de l’existence possible de risques liés à une activité industrielle existante en amont de l’usine de production d’eau potable de Sérignac-sur-Garonne (47) et de l’enjeu de produire de l’eau destinée à la consommation humaine ; - une assistance au maître d’ouvrage (Préfet de Lot-et-Garonne et ARS Nouvelle Aquitaine) dans la mise en œuvre d’une gouvernance permettant d’alimenter l’expertise.
