Description

L’accord-cadre a pour objet la réalisation des différents contrôles des installations d’ANC, à savoir : • pour les installations neuves ou à réhabiliter, l’examen préalable de la conception (donnant lieu à l’attestation de conformité du projet au regard des prescriptions réglementaires, à joindre obligatoirement au dossier de demande d’autorisation d’urbanisme) et la vérification de l’exécution ; • pour les autres installations, la vérification du bon fonctionnement et de l’entretien, dans le cadre des contrôles périodiques et des ventes immobilières. Le titulaire assurera par ailleurs les missions de communication, d’information et de conseil auprès des usagers du service, et, d’une façon générale, assurera auprès de la collectivité maître d’ouvrage l’assistance technique. Lieu d’exécution des travaux : Communes de Beychac-et-Caillau (33750), Montussan (33450), Sainte-Eulalie (33560), Saint-Loubès (33450), Saint-Sulpice-et-Cameyrac (33450), Yvrac (33370). Ce périmètre représente environ (estimatif non contractuel) 2088 installations d’ANC à contrôler sur 4 ans, et une moyenne de 22 nouvelles installations d’ANC ou à réhabiliter chaque année.
