RD09 - Bridge over the Loire at Iguerande - Reinforcement works on Pier P5

The contract covers reinforcement works on Pier P5 of the bridge over the Loire at Iguerande. Works include raising and widening the access dike using approximately 1000 m3 of untreated aggregate, drilling 36 tubed micropiles for around 670m, installing about 30T of metal reinforcement, injecting 220 m3 of grout, fitting roughly 120m of prestressed anchor ties, building a 75 m3 reinforced concrete load-transfer ring, and removing approximately 4300 m3 of dike and platform material. Works start in August 2026 and last 180 days. The bridge must reopen to traffic within 130 days.
