Il s'agit d'un marché ordinaire de travaux. Le présent marché a pour objet l'aménagement de deux giratoires RD6015/30 commune de Lanquetot et RD6015/RD109B commune de Bolbec , dans le cadre des travaux de la Direction des Routes du Département. Le suivi des travaux sera assuré par la Direction des Routes. Le marché prend effet à compter de sa notification et prend fin à la réception sans réserve des travaux. Le délai d'exécution des prestations, fixé à 6 mois, court à compter de l'ordre de service de démarrage des travaux. Il est fixé une période de préparation. Par dérogation à l'article 28.1 du CCAG Travaux, cette période de préparation, n'est pas comprise dans le délai d'exécution. Sa durée est de 2 mois à compter de l'ordre de service prescrivant le commencement
