Description

Le présent marché a pour objet la reconstruction d'un talus aval du RD558 au niveau du PR13+460 à 13+610, sur la commune de LA GARDE FREINET. Les prestations, objet de la présente consultation, relèvent de la catégorie 2 au sens du Code du travail. Le délai de la période de préparation des travaux est de 30 jours à compter de la date fixée par l'ordre de service prescrivant de la commencer. Ce délai n'est pas compris dans le délai d'exécution des travaux ( délai maximum de 135 jours calendaires à compter de la date fixée par l'ordre de service qui prescrira de les commencer et délai minimum de 105 jours calendaires). L'entreprise peut cependant proposer un délai d'exécution des travaux inférieur au délai maximum (critère délai, article 4 de l'AE.) A titre indicatif, on peut prévoir que les travaux commenceront vers le mois de janvier 2027. Le financement de la prestation est assuré par le budget départemental pour un montant maximum de 350 000 euro(s) TTC
