Le présent concerne la transformation du terrain de grands jeux de l'HORTUS en stade synthétique et aménagement de gradines sur la commune des MATELLES. Travaux de : ➢ Préparation de chantier ➢ Travaux préparatoires ➢ Terrassements ➢ Voirie ➢ Réseau pluvial - Drainage ➢ Arrosage ➢ Sols sportifs ➢ Clôtures et équipements sportifs ➢ Test et contrôles divers La future zone d’intervention est l’actuel complexe sportif du Grand Pic St Loup (Terrain n°3 en gazon naturel et talus existant du terrain PIC SAINT LOUP à proximité des vestiaires situé sur la commune des MATELLES). L’accès au site est maintenu, il se fera depuis l’avenue de Saint Sauveur et ne présente pas de contraintes majeures d’accès. Le terrain de l’HORTHUS devra obtenir un classement minimal en catégorie C (Fédérale 2, Fédérale 3, Reichel Espoirs Elite, Reichel Espoirs Accession et Espoirs Fédéraux, phases finales des Championnats de France (à l’exception des compétitions visées aux catégories A et B) et Divisions féminines « Elite » au sens du règlement fédéral de la FFR
