Дата та місце поставки товару зазначається у письмовій заявці Замовника, яка надсилається на адресу Постачальника рекомендованим листом із повідомленням про вручення або цінним листом з описом вкладеного та/або на електронну адресу Постачальника зазначену в розділі 15 цього Договору. Надіслана письмова заявка засобами поштового зв’язку вважається врученою в день надходження листа до поштового відділення Постачальника або вручення листа Постачальнику. Строк поставки товару за заявкою визначається Замовником і становить не менше 3 робочих днів з дати її надсилання Постачальнику, окрім випадків, коли такий строк погоджений з Постачальником. У письмовій заявці зазначається найменування товару, місце поставки товару, кількість товару та інша необхідна інформація для поставки товару. Розрахунки за поставлений Товар, здійснюються Замовником в національній валюті України - гривні у безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування належних до сплати суми коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника, що вказаний у цьому Договорі, за фактично поставлений Товар (партію Товару) з відстрочкою платежу до 30 календарних днів або до 10 календарних днів у випадку поставки продовольчого товару вітчизняного виробництва (згідно вимог постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 19.06.2023 № 650 «Про регулювання цін на окремі види продовольчих товарів та забезпечення стабільної роботи виробників продовольства в умовах воєнного стану») з дати підписання видаткової накладної представником Отримувача та уповноваженою особою Постачальника. Підставою для проведення розрахунків є видаткова накладна.
