Description

Iepirkuma priekšmets ir PSIA “Kauguru veselības centrs” darbinieku veselības apdrošināšanas pakalpojumu sniegšana, saskaņā ar tehnisko specifikāciju (nolikuma pielikums Nr. 2) un līguma projektu (nolikuma pielikums Nr. 5). Iepirkums nav dalīts daļās, jo pakalpojums ir vienots un nav saimnieciski pamatoti to dalīt daļās. Pretendents var iesniegt tikai 1 (vienu) piedāvājuma variantu par visu apjomu, ievērojot Iepirkuma nolikuma t.sk. tehniskajā specifikācijā noteiktās prasības. Līguma izpildes termiņš: 12 mēnešu laikā no apdrošināšanas seguma spēkā stāšanās vai līdz tiek sasniegta maksimālā Līguma summa (kurš nosacījums iestājas agrāk). Pasūtītājs ir tiesīgs pagarināt apdrošināšanas līgumu uz nākamo 12 mēnešu apdrošināšanas periodu, ja sadarbības laikā ar Apdrošinātāju nav saņemtas darbinieku sūdzības par Apdrošinātāja sniegto pakalpojumu neatbilstību polisei, noteikumiem vai Līgumam un Pasūtītāja budžetā ir paredzēti pietiekami līdzekļi veselības apdrošināšanas polišu iegādei.
