L’objecte del contracte és la realització d’una prova pilot consistent en un servei complementari i especialitzat d’assistència al Delegat de protecció de dades (DPD) de l’AOC en l’àmbit de les funcions pròpies que li atribueix la normativa de protecció de dades, el Decret 148/2023, d'1 d'agost, sobre les persones delegades de protecció de dades de l'Administració de la Generalitat i el seu sector públic i la Política de protecció de dades del Consorci AOC.
