Description

La procédure concerne l’attribution d’un mandat en groupement pluridisciplinaire de mandataires composé d’un architecte (pilote), d’un ingénieur civil et des ingénieurs spécialisés en installations techniques du bâtiment CVSE. Le montant total des travaux déterminant les honoraires est de CHF 7,3 millions hors TVA, pour les CFC 1, 2 et 4. Les prestations attribuées concernent les phases SIA 41 à 53 selon le Règlement SIA 112, respectivement les règlements 102 à 108. Les prestations de direction architecturale en phase 52 et de AMO pour les phases 41 à 53 seront attribuées au bureau Joris Pasquier Architectes SA en tant qu’auteur du projet. Il est attendu de l’architecte de tenir compte que le bâtiment est protégé et que le bureau d’ingénieur civil d’avoir une expérience dans les constructions en structure bois.
