We are pleased to invite your company to submit a proposal for the Financial Statements Audit of the PIAKOS Project , implemented by the Advocacy Training and Resource Center (ATRC) and funded by the World Bank through the State and Peace Building Multi-Donor Trust Fund.
Please find attached the Request for Offers (RFO 04/2025) document, including the Terms of Reference, eligibility criteria, and submission instructions.
