Постачальник гарантує, що товар, який пропонується до постачання, та умови його виробництва/зберігання/транспортування відповідають вимогам чинного законодавства України щодо безпечності та якості харчових продуктів, зокрема положенням Закону України «Про основні принципи та вимоги до безпечності та якості харчових продуктів. Учасник гарантує дотримання принципів системи НАССР та підтверджує відповідність систем управління чи продукції компанії українським національним стандартам, гармонізованим з міжнародними стандартами ISO, несучи повну юридичну відповідальність за безпечність продукції на всіх етапах її реалізації
