Поставка Товару здійснюється за заявками Замовника протягом року в межах специфікації окремими партіями. Обсяг кожної партії визначається Замовником залежно від фактичної потреби. Партією Товару за Договором вважається поставка Товару в обсязі, що визначений за кожною окремою заявкою Замовника. Поставка партії Товару повинна здійснюватись Постачальником протягом двох днів з дати одержання відповідної заявки Замовника. Товар повинен бути упакованим Постачальником в упаковку, яка відповідає характеру Товару цього виду, таким чином, щоб забезпечити його збереження від пошкоджень або знищення, атмосферних опадів при транспортуванні, зберіганні та здійсненні вантажно-розвантажувальних послуг при поставці. Постачальник несе ризик за пошкодження або знищення Товару до моменту поставки його Замовнику.
