The buyer is procuring natural gas supplied at a fixed tariff for a period of 3 months, without distribution services included. The goods may not originate from the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus or the Islamic Republic of Iran. By submitting a bid, the participant confirms that the offered goods do not originate from these countries, in accordance with paragraph 57 of the Procedure for the formation and use of the electronic catalogue, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine resolution No. 822 of 14 September 2020. No further quantities, delivery points or lots are described in the notice.
