Процедура закупівлі Відкриті торги проводиться Замовником з урахуванням Постанови від 12 жовтня 2022 р. № 1178 «Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України “Про публічні закупівлі”, на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування» (зі змінами). Закупівля здійснюється на виконання заходів п. 1.2. Міської цільової програми розвитку культури в м. Одесі на 2025-2029 роки, затвердженої рішенням Одеської міської ради від 04 грудня 2024 року № 2597-VIII (зі змінами). Закупівля здійснюється з метою поповнення та оновлення матеріально-технічної бази Одеської школи мистецтв №3, а саме придбання звукового обладнання.
