Предмет закупівлі: Бензин А-95 (Євро-5) у талонах номіналом 5 л, 10 л та 20 л. Місце поставки довірчих документів (талонів): 53081, Дніпропетровська область, Криворізький р-н., смт Радушне, вул. Лікарняна, 20. Доставка здійснюється за рахунок Постачальника. Вимоги до мережі АЗС (КРИТИЧНО ВАЖЛИВО): Найближча АЗС для заправки автотранспорту повинна знаходитись на відстані не більше ніж 10 км від місцезнаходження Замовника (смт Радушне). Мережа АЗС (власних або партнерських) повинна налічувати у достатній кількості станції для безперебійного забезпечення пальним: не менше ніж 5 АЗС у м. Кривий Ріг та не менше ніж 3 АЗС у Криворізькому районі. Умови оплати: Післяоплата за фактично поставлені талони відповідно до вимог Бюджетного кодексу України. Інформація щодо ПДВ: Відповідно до абз. 3 п. 57 Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу (Постанова КМУ №822 зі змінами), очікувана вартість закупівлі в системі зазначена БЕЗ ПДВ. Договір про закупівлю з переможцем відбору буде укладено на загальну суму з урахуванням ПДВ (якщо переможець є платником податку на додану вартість). Загальний розмір бюджетного призначення становить 30 960,00 грн з ПДВ. Увага! Подаючи пропозицію на цю закупівлю, учасник підтверджує свою згоду з усіма істотними умовами, викладеними у прикріпленому Проєкті договору. У разі неможливості забезпечити відпуск пального на зазначених вище умовах локації АЗС, Замовник матиме підстави для відхилення пропозиції через невідповідність умовам проєкту договору.
