Предметът на обществената поръчка включва изпълнение на строително-монтажни работи за преустройство на съществуващата отоплителна инсталация чрез подмяна на компрометирания чугунен котел с нова газова отоплителна система.Като топлоизточници се предвижда монтаж на три броя стенни кондензни газови котли, разположени в сервизни помещения на отделните етажи. Всеки котел ще може да функционира самостоятелно при различни времеви и температурни режими, което ще осигури гъвкава и енергийно ефективна експлоатация на отоплителната система.За отопление на помещенията се предвижда монтаж на вентилаторни конвектори с принудителна циркулация на въздуха, осигуряващи бързо достигане на проектните температури. Всяко отоплително тяло е оборудвано с дистанционно управление, позволяващо задаване и регулиране на необходимите експлоатационни параметри. Компактните размери на вентилаторните конвектори позволяват оптимално използване на полезния обем на учебните помещения.
