Description

Le CCAS de Grand Quevilly organise un déjeuner festif pour les seniors de la ville qui se déroulera au parc des expositions de Rouen du mardi 16 février au jeudi 18 février 2027. La présente consultation est lancée selon une procédure adaptée, soumise aux dispositions des articles R.2123-1 et R.2131-12-2° du Code de la Commande Publique. Conformément aux articles R.2162-1 à 6 et R.2162-13 à 14 du Code de la Commande Publique, le lot 1 donnera lieu à un accord-cadre à bons de commande mono-attributaire, avec les montants annuels minimum et maximums suivants : 30 000 euro(s) HT min / 150 000 euro(s) HT max. Le prix unitaire de chaque repas ne saurait en aucune manière excéder le montant maximum imparti par la Ville, soit 50,50 euro(s) HT le repas. Si le prix unitaire de l'offre est supérieur à ce montant, l'offre sera jugée irrégulière. Le lot 2 donne lieu a un marché de service à prix forfaitaire
