La présente consultation concerne les prestations d'entretien des espaces verts de la Ville de Crépy-en-Valois. Les prestations d'entretien réparties en plusieurs zones et confiées à l'entreprise sont les suivantes : la tonte et l'entretien des pelouses, le nettoyage des espaces fleuris et engazonnés, la taille de haies, d'arbustes et/ou d'arbres, l'entretien des massifs, la taille des arbustes et des arbres en formation, le désherbage. Ces prestations sont détaillées dans le cahier des charges. Le marché est mixte, traité pour partie à prix forfaitaire (entretien récurrent) et à prix unitaires (prestations ponctuelles) pour un montant maximum de 25 000 euro(s) HT par an
