Description

Montluçon Communauté et Creuse Confluence, qui partagent un cadre environnemental riche et préservé, ont décidé de lancer un projet commun d'aménagement en voie verte d'une ancienne ligne de chemin de fer (aujourd'hui non circulée) traversant les deux territoires et reliant Montluçon à Evaux-les-Bains. Cette emprise ferroviaire, aujourd'hui désaffectée, constitue un linéaire pré aménagé, déjà imperméabilisé par sa structure en ballast compacté et ses couches de forme 1. Le contrat comporte des tranches optionnelles définies au cahier des charges. Le détail des missions confiées au titulaire figure au cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires
