Le détail des prestations à effectuer est précisé dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP). Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande qui fixe toutes les stipulations contractuelles et est conclu, avec un seul opérateur économique suivant les conditions fixées aux articles R2162-12 et R2162-13 du code de la commande publique. Il n'est pas prévu de montant minimum. Le montant maximum de l'accord-cadre est fixé à 100 000 euro(s) HT. A titre indicatif, le nombre prévisionnel d'échantillons est compris entre 570 et 1040 sur la durée totale du marché. Cette information ne saurait engager l'Anses ni lui être opposable si le volume d'échantillons n'est pas atteint ou est dépassé dans le cadre de l'exécution du marché. Durée : le marché prend effet à compter de sa date de notification jusqu'au 31/12/2028. Les variantes à l'initiative des candidats ne sont pas autorisées
