Description

La présente consultation concerne la prestation de plastification et de reliure pour les documents (livres, bandes dessinées, partitions et digipacks CD/DVD) de la Médiathèque de la Commune de Vandœuvre. La procédure de passation utilisée est : la procédure adaptée ouverte. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2123-1 et R. 2123-1 1° du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre avec minimum et maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique : - Montant minimum par an : 10 000 € HT - Montant maximum par an : 24 000 € HT Aucune variante n'est autorisée. Les candidats doivent présenter une offre entièrement conforme au dossier de consultation. Le délai de validité des offres est fixé à 150 jours à compter de la date limite de réception des offres. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale d'un an, à compter du 10 août 2026. Il est reconduit tacitement jusqu'à son terme. Le nombre de périodes de reconduction est fixé à 3. La durée maximale du contrat, toutes périodes confondues, ne pourra excéder 4 ans. Demande d'échantillons (Article 5.2 du RC)-.
