Description

L'accord-cadre avec maximum sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Il est conclu pour une période initiale de 1 an à compter de sa date de notification. Il est reconduit tacitement jusqu'à son terme. Le nombre de périodes de reconduction est fixé à 2. La durée de chaque période de reconduction est de 1 an. La durée maximale du contrat, toutes périodes confondues, est de 3 ans. Toutefois, selon les modalités définies à l'AE, le pouvoir adjudicateur pourra prendre la décision de reconduire l'accord-cadre de manière anticipée. Pas de montant minimum annuel mais un montant maximum défini par période : montant maximum de la période 1 (période initiale) : 35 000 euro(s) HT / montant maximum de la période 2 : 30 000 euro(s) HT / montant maximum de la période 3 : 40 000 euro(s) HT. La Valeur estimée hors TVA de 105 000 euro(s) renseignée dans le présent avis correspond à la somme des montants maximums de chaque période
