Description

L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Le contrat est susceptible d'être reconduit 3 fois. La durée maximale du contrat, toutes périodes confondues, est de 4 ans. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les prix sont révisables annuellement. La ville prend à sa charge une boissons chaude par agent communal et par jour travaillé, avec un système prépayé. Le montant maximum annuel correspondant à ces consommations est fixé à 12 000 euros HT par an, soit 48 000 euros HT sur la durée totale du contrat. Les consommations hors système prépayé, des agents communaux et des visiteurs, seront directement réglées par le consommateur. Le montant prévisionnel des ventes hors système prépayé, réalisées par le titulaire s'élève à 11 000 euros HT, par an, soit 44 000 euros HT pour la durée totale de l'accord-cadre (période initiale + reconductions). Ce montant est donné à titre indicatif et n'a pas de valeur contractuelle
