Description

1.Оплата Товару здійснюється Покупцем після його прийняття або прийняття товаророзпорядчих документів на нього шляхом перерахування коштів на поточний рахунок Продавця, згідно банківських реквізитів, вказаних у Договорі, виставленого рахунку на оплату і отриманих видаткових накладних. 2. Розрахунки здійснюються Покупцем протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів після підписання Сторонами видаткової накладної шляхом безготівкового перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Продавця. 3. Покупець здійснює оплату в межах отриманого бюджетного фінансування. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування штрафні санкції до Покупця не застосовуються. 4. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування, Покупець в межах строків відведених для розрахунків за поставлений товар повідомляє про це Продавця. У такому разі розрахунок здійснюється впродовж 10 (десяти) банківських днів з моменту отримання Покупцем бюджетних асигнувань на здійснення закупівлі. 5. Покупець не здійснює оплату за поставлений Товар, та така несплата не є порушенням строку оплати зі сторони Покупця у випадку ненадання Продавцем оригіналу видаткової накладної чи її неналежного оформлення. 6. Усі платіжні документи за цим Договором оформлюються з дотриманням вимог чинного законодавства України. 7. Датою оплати вважається дата зарахування коштів на рахунок Продавця. 8. Оплата за даним Договором проводиться у національній валюті України - гривні. 9. Продавець власними силами, засобами та за власний рахунок відповідно до умов даного Договору зобов’язується здійснити поставку Товару протягом строку дії даного Договору. 10. Поставка Товару здійснюється за адресою: Львівська обл., Шептицький район, м.Сокаль, вул. Шашкевича,86. 11. Строк поставки Товару: до 11 вересня 2026 року.
