Закупівля проводиться керуючись п. 8 Постанови КМУ від 11.11.2022 № 1275 «Деякі питання здійснення оборонних закупівель на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану» (зі змінами та доповненнями), а саме в порядку проведення спрощеної закупівлі, визначеної Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», в електронній системі закупівель. Договір буде укладатись з урахуванням норм постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 11.11.2022 № 1275 «Деякі питання здійснення оборонних закупівель на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану» (зі змінами та доповненнями). Закупівля оголошується без ПДВ відповідно до вимог підпункту 196.1.3 пункту 196.1 статті 196 Податкового кодексу України.
