Description
Закупівля послуг з постачання програмного забезпечення, на яке майнові права не відчужуються, здійснюється з метою виконання пункту 4.1 «Модернізація, адміністрування, технічна підтримка центральної підсистеми єдиної інформаційної системи Міністерства внутрішніх справ», розділу ІV «Створення інноваційної інфраструктури системи МВС та ЦОВВ, зокрема віртуалізація фізичних інфраструктурних IT-систем та перехід до сервісних моделей» завдання Галузевої програми інформатизації системи МВС України та ЦОВВ, діяльність яких спрямовується і координується Кабінетом Міністрів України через Міністра внутрішніх справ України на 2024-2026 роки, затвердженої наказом МВС України від 15.03.2024 № 165 (зі змінами від 23.02.2026 № 167).
