Закупівля проводиться з урахуванням особливостей, затверджених постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 12 жовтня 2022 р. № 1178 «Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України “Про публічні закупівлі”, на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування» (зі змінами) та відповідно до Законів України «Про освіту» (ст. 53), «Про цивільний захист», рішення Дніпровської міської ради від 19.07.2023 № 11/39 «Про затвердження програми безпечного освітнього середовища в місті Дніпрі на 2023-2027 роки» (зі змінами), з метою забезпечення права здобувачів освіти на безпечні та нешкідливі умови навчання та підтримання правопорядку в приміщеннях найпростіших укриттів закладів загальної середньої освіти, а також для запобігання, недопущення та припинення посягань на матеріальні цінності, розміщені у цих приміщеннях, протиправних дій щодо них і забезпечення збереження їх фізичного стану
