Категорія Замовника: пункт 3 частини 1 статті 2 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», мова (мови), якою (якими) повинні готуватися пропозиції: пропозиція та усі документи, що мають відношення до неї, складаються українською мовою. У разі надання Учасником будь - яких документів, складених іншою мовою, ніж українська мова, вони повинні бути перекладені на українську мову. Визначальним є текст, викладений українською мовою. Відповідно до пп.«г» пп.197.1.7 п.197.1 ст.197 р. V Податкового кодексу України операції з надання послуг з харчування дітей у дошкільних, загальноосвітніх та професійно-технічних навчальних закладах та громадян у закладах охорони здоров’я звільняються від оподаткування податком на додану вартість.
