Виконавець повинен надати Замовнику послуги, передбачені цим Договором, якість яких відповідає: Вимогам Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 24 березня 2021 р. № 305 «Про затвердження норм та Порядку організації харчування у закладах освіти та дитячих закладах оздоровлення та відпочинку» вимогам Закону України «Про охорону дитинства» (зі змінами) від 26.04.2001 № 2402-III Закону України «Про основні принципи та вимоги до безпечності та якості харчових продуктів» від 23.12.1997 № 771/97-ВР вимогам Порядку надання послуг з харчування дітей у дошкільних, учнів у загальноосвітніх навчальних закладах, операції з надання яких звільняються від обкладення податком на додану вартість, затвердженим Постановою Кабінету Міністрів України № 116 від 02 лютого 2011 року (із змінами) Наказу Міністерства охорони здоров’я України від 23.07.2002 № 280 «Щодо організації проведення обов'язкових профілактичних медичних оглядів працівників окремих професій, виробництв і організацій, діяльність яких пов'язана з обслуговуванням населення і може призвести до поширення інфекційних хвороб»
