Description

Відповідно до пункту 13 Особливостей переговорна процедура закупівлі, відповідно до якої замовник укладає договір про закупівлю після проведення переговорів щодо ціни та інших умов договору про закупівлю з одним або кількома учасниками процедури закупівлі, застосовується замовником як виняток у разі, зокрема з згідно з підпунктом 2 цього пункту: Коли роботи, товари чи послуги можуть бути виконані, поставлені чи надані виключно певним суб’єктом господарювання за наявності одного з таких випадків: відсутність конкуренції з технічних причин, яка повинна бути документально підтверджена замовником. Відповідно до інформації оприлюдненої 17.09.2026р станом на 31.08.2026р. на сайті Антимонопольного комітету України опубліковано зведений перелік суб’єктів природних монополій. Товариство з Обмеженою відповідальністю «ІНФОКС» код ЄДРПОУ 14289688 (далі ТОВ «ІНФОКС») входить до переліку суб’єктів природних монополій та є суб’єктом природних монополій (фактичним монополістом на території Одеської області з надання послуг з централізованого водопостачання відповідно до Постанови НКРЕКП від 16.10.2014р №123
