AQUISIÇÃO DE SERVIÇOS DE FISCALIZAÇÃO E COORDENAÇÃO DE SEGURANÇA EM OBRA DA EMPREITADA DE CONSTRUÇÃO DAS INFRAESTRUTURAS HIDRÁULICAS DO APROVEITAMENTO HIDROAGRÍCOLA DE FREIXIEL - LOTE 1 LOTE 1- Barragem redonda das Olgas a) Fiscalização dos trabalhos da empreitada de construção da Barragem Redonda das Olgas e do caminho de acesso, incluindo todas as tarefas relacionadas como sejam, entre outras, a verificação dos trabalhos realizados, a análise e apreciação dos materiais e equipamentos propostos pelo empreiteiro, a sua adequação ao projeto e à Proposta por ele apresentada; b) Fiscalização e acompanhamento do projeto de fabrico e da montagem dos diversos equipamentos a instalar, de acordo com as recomendações dos fabricantes, normas legais e instruções do Dono da Obra; c) Ensaios em fábrica e em obra; d) Controlo do planeamento e do avanço dos trabalhos; e) Controlo de quantidades e custos; f) Controlo de qualidade da obra, equipamentos e materiais; g) Coordenação de Segurança em Fase de Obra, de acordo com a legislação em vigor, nomeadamente o Decreto-Lei n.º 273/2003, de 29 de outubro; h) Elaboração da Compilação Técnica da obra de acordo com o definido no Decreto-Lei n.º 273/2003, de 29 de outubro; i) Promoção de reuniões de obra semanais e/ou outras, que se venham a verificar necessárias com outras entidades intervenientes além do empreiteiro, projetista, fiscalização e dono de obra; j) Acompanhamento Arqueológico, conforme descrito no caderno de encargos deste procedimento.
